A complete chart of accounts with journal entries, receipts and payment vouchers. Sales, purchases and payments post automatically, so your books are always current. And your monthly profit no longer swings with payment timing: a year's rent paid in advance is recorded once and the system spreads it over its months from the start date, while salaries or services that are due but not yet paid are booked as a liability in their month and closed when paid from the bank or cash. Each document gets an automatic number, a status that updates itself and an optional link to its source document, and automatic settlements post each month's share with no manual entries, so the income statement shows each month as it really is, on the accrual basis.

The system is built on the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority: tax is calculated on each line after discount, with ready tax groups for sales and purchases at 15%, zero-rated, exempt and out of scope, each linked to its account in the chart of accounts. Connect your business to Phase 2 step by step: create an e-invoicing unit (EGS) and the system generates its keys and certificate request without the key ever leaving the system, enter the OTP from the Fatoora portal, let the compliance check send sample invoices, credit notes and debit notes, and from then on every invoice is signed and reported or cleared automatically. A monitoring dashboard shows sent, accepted, rejected and pending invoices with the certificate and connection status, and sends anything pending in one click. At the end of the period it prepares your monthly or quarterly VAT return, with the balance carried forward from the previous period and any adjustments.

How are sales returns handled?
Returns are linked to the original invoice. Stock, customer balance and accounting are reversed automatically, and returns show up next to sales in reports.
Does it support Arabic documents?
iCore is Arabic-first with a full RTL interface. Documents and reports can be printed in Arabic, English, or both.
Is iCore integrated with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. iCore is integrated with Fatoora, the e-invoicing platform of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), under the Phase 2 requirements, and tax invoices come straight from the sales cycle.
